After our favorite Chinese in the suburbs closed down after 30 years we've been hunting for a new favorite. So far, Heng Wing is the best we have found in the suburbs near us. Their egg rolls are huge and come with an option of home made hot mustard, tastes like a honey mustard blended with wasabi it's very good. I've tried a different dish every time, they all have been very good with generous portions you could easily split a dinner with someone or take leftovers for lunch/dinner the next day. My Hubby orders the Mongolian beef every time without disappointment. Note if you like yours spicy ask for very spicy. They also provide complimentary hot tea and almond cookies. A must try when in the area.

My family and I have been coming here for years! One of the best Chinese food places in town. Heng Wing's sweet and sour sauce is one of my favorite sauces ever. One thing I'd like to address is that I've read many of the bad reviews on here about when they changed ownership, some of the food quality went down and some dishes weren't the same as they were. Some have mentioned that they'll never come back even after being a customer for years but don't know that Heng Wing really has changed for the better and it's really the same as it was before the new ownership. These bad reviews are from about 2-3 years ago during COVID-19 and the ownership change. It doesn't truly represent what Heng Wing is actually like now. My dad and I went here to dine in this evening. The service was great and the food was greater! Delicious, big portions, and food quality was as it should be. We even had to take home leftovers.

Finally had a chance to try Henn Wing again. It was good and would go again. We had: Beef with broccoli- I asked for it medium spicy and it had no spice at all. Beef and broccoli were very fresh. Veggie fried rice - very good lots of veggies Moo shoo pork - excellent flavor - good pancakes Egg rolls - not crispy enough for my liking but large and the filling was quite good

A friend who has loved Heng Wing her whole life was excited to introduce me to her favorite Chinese restaurant. We ordered entrees and a crab Rangoon appetizer to share. The crab Rangoon was OK - but there was barely any crab in it at all. I liked my spicy cashew chicken, which was enough for a few meals, but didn't think it was particularly memorable compared to other places. My friend, however, was extremely disappointed in her sweet and sour chicken and the appetizer. She said the restaurant was recently sold to new owners and the food wasn't nearly as good as it used to be. So, I guess this is a mixed review - if you haven't been to Heng Wing before, I'd recommend trying it. I'd personally give it another try. But if you're a longtime fan, it sounds like you should be prepared for some changes.

Arrival was easy. The restaurant is off peak. Make sure to call ahead and look at trends of the restaurant so you can select an off peak time for your dining experience. This place is horrible during high peak time if you don't like being crammed in with tons of people but off peak, it's a charming quiet traditional restaurant. There's a TV on but it's muted and on ESPN could easily have that turned off for a more traditional atmosphere. There is no constantly looping unidentifiable music, just silence. You can talk to your party and do business meetings here in quiet. I had two of the zombies. A bit of a little mistake. Thank gawd i'm not driving anywhere and thank god oh (can barely type) I don't have to do much today but lay around drunk on the sofa and possibly pass out. My mate got the coconut bowl. I took a few sips. The coconut bowl seems to be a more tame and tropical flavor drink. The zombie is more of a we give you some nice tropical flavors to cover the fact we just got you plastered with 90ml of alcoholic spirits. I would definitely come back. Just make sure to come when it's off peak. A very fun dining experience. Egg roll not pictured - flavorful and traditional. Won Ton soup - traditional recipe with very good flavors.
